RISPOSTA:
1) Si chiarisce che non è richiesta la produzione della documentazione esclusivamente in lingua italiana. Tuttavia, si rappresenta che la presentazione della documentazione in lingua italiana è preferibile, al fine di agevolare e rendere più efficiente l’attività istruttoria e procedimentale della Stazione Appaltante;
2) Si chiarisce che la sottoscrizione digitale/elettronica della documentazione dovrà essere conforme alla normativa eIDAS.

We kindly would like to ask you three additional questions:
1) The "avviso.consultazione.preliminare.ex.art.77" states that the submission may have a maximum of 15 pages. As we would like to provide a comprehensive report, we would like to ask whether it would be possible to exceed this limit. Would a maximum of 35 pages be acceptable? The main report will remain within the 15-page limit, while the additional pages would consist of annexes.
2) Will the answers provided by IPZS to our questions also apply to the other three Preliminary Market Consultations regarding passport manufacturing equipment listed on your procurement portal, or should we submit the same questions separately for each of these consultations?
3) We would like to participate in this Preliminary Market Consultation and would like to ask whether it is necessary to complete the "Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato SpA - Elenco aperto degli Operatori Economici / Supplier Register" before participating, or whether this can wait until the formal tender is published.

1. Si conferma che è ammessa la presentazione di una relazione composta da un elaborato principale di massimo 15 pagine, corredato da ulteriori allegati;
2. Si chiarisce che il riscontro dovrà essere fornito con riferimento a ciascuna delle consultazioni preliminari di mercato pubblicate;
3. Si chiarisce che, nel caso di specie, non è necessaria l'iscrizione all'“Elenco aperto degli Operatori Economici” ai fini della partecipazione alla consultazione preliminare di mercato;
